free monthly wellness workshop

In the world we live in, it is essential for us to take a moment to schedule a pocket of peace for ourselves to refocus and ground us. Join us for a 45 minute session of mindfulness, meditation, stretches, aromatherapy, art therapy, crafting, and or other wellness or personal growth based activities.  The workshops will be held once a month with various themes and activities, will be complimentary.  

NOVEMBER SCHEDULE:

Wed, Nov 10th 7:30-8:30, our introductory session and part of our new location opening events 

Mindful Meditation, Aromatherapy & Art Therapy

*minimum of 4 guests registered for sessions to be held*

Bring a mat with you and wear comfortable clothes. When the weather permits we will be doing these outdoors.

*We are happy to arrange these as a relaxing field trip for schools, businesses and organizations and can also offer them on location
