To those clients who have received EAP authorizations from your employer through Lyra  & CCA (Headway) clients will need to email me at thetransformationstudio@gmail.com with their authorization code and # of sessions, and I'd need to verify prior to conducting session..

After that, you may then enroll on Headway, by clicking at the blue button at the top, when setting up an account just choose the private insurance option, enter your info and then you are able to schedule your sessions. Please note that CCA(Headway) clients are  45 minute sessions.
