Cancellation/Reschedule Policy

Clients are required to reschedule/cancel 24 hours prior to the aptmt. There is a no show/late cancellation charge of $150  (it is the full cost of a session as insurance does not cover missed aptmts). Please be mindful about this.

                                                                     HELPFUL INFORMATION

* We are located in a flex business house, prior to making aptmt please click  location page for more information, to understand the concept and view pictures of the property to avoid getting lost. 

* Aside from my practice, I also work for 3 different agencies, therefore my therapy calendar fills up quickly and is constantly fluctuating with new aptmts or reschedules. Therefore, I recommend creating a recurring standing aptmt and booking future sessions as far in advance as possible.

 

* SAME DAY APTMTS*  Happy to offer them when there are openings. when booking last minute aptmts or those within 12 hours: please note that calendar syncing of all the 4 calendars via  Google often fail to update new session  in calendar and can cause double booking or not show up to provider in time. Please text/email me to let me know and wait for a confirmation.

* For all past clients who  are returning from 2023 we are no longer using the Theranest platform , you'll need to set up a new account at  Headway, sorry for the inconvenience!
