free monthly wellness workshop

In the world we live in, it is essential for us to take a moment to schedule a pocket of peace for ourselves to refocus and ground ourselves. Join us for a 45 minute session of mindfulness, meditation, a fun crafting class, stretches or a variety of other wellness or personal growth workshop experiences. They will be on various themes, complimentary and held once a month either a weekday evening or weekend.

DEC 21ST: (this one will be 3rd week to tap into people's holiday break)meditation, stretches, aromatherapy, crafting holiday cards

Bring a yoga/workout mat with you and wear comfortable clothes. When the weather permits we will be doing these outdoors.
​
*We are happy to arrange these as a relaxing field trip for schools, businesses and organizations and can also offer them on location
